For authorised downloads, go into your "addins" files in you DA2 folder. There's a file called "manifest", open it using notepad. Once open, press ctrl and f and search for the line "Mid=XXX" (number varies). delete ONLY this line. RIght next to it should be "RequiresAuthorization="1".

then i manually unzipped each and every addins folder into program files/origin games/dragon age 2, allowing it to overwrite all the pre-existing files. and done! i haven't seen this exact solution anywhere on the internet, and i know people still sometimes struggle with getting the dlc content to fully work, so i thought i might as well share.
