Hi. Looking for suggestions. In my 2018 Q5 I set the seat memory settings to tie to the key. My wife is about a foot shorter than I am. For awhile it worked great. The drivers seat would slide to whichever one of us opened the door. Now it has stopped. The remotes have fresh batteries and I rechecked my MMI settings to confirm the checkbox is on.

2007. Georgia (GA) Author. Posted November 28, 2011. I mentioned this problem when the car was serviced (and the issue wasn't always the same. The seats would move, the mirrors not. Or nothing would work). The service guy asked if the battery had been changed. It had, tho I think the seat settings had been reset.
